Due to continuously increasing demands regarding security and privacy, we've been reviewing our login methods. FishermanID is not considered to be sufficiently secure, and has been replaced by username/password.
We've also chosen to remove login by sms because we believe that login by username/password or Google / Facebook are the most user friendly options. All modern browsers will offer to remember your username/password, and an increasing share also offers the option to login automatically based on the remembered credentials.
What should I do now?
Those of our customers who have saved their email address have been sent an email with information regarding the transition to username/password. If you haven't received the email, you can request a new password reset link by clicking the link below.
If the system is unable to identify you by either phone number or email address, we kindly ask you to contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org to restore access.
